Apex Hotel Review
The Apex Hotel, located in the main center of Pattaya’s CBD is one of the more ‘budget’ hotels available in this beautiful city! The Apex is a perfect option for single guys flying in for some weekend fun, or even for smaller families that are visiting on a budget. Rooms at the Apex start at an amazing 600 baht per night and the rooms are pretty darn good, complete with color TV and Air Conditioning. The hotel also provides a Buffet Breakfast & Dinner, although this does come at an extra charge (100 baht Breakfast, 180 baht Dinner). From all reports the team here at Best Hotel Pattaya have had, the food is outstanding, and easily enjoyed by Western or Thai person.
The Apex Hotel only has 1 room option, which is mentioned above. The rooms are about 35sq.meter, which is actually rather large considering some hotel rooms. The rooms have Air-Con and Fans, good working Color TV’s with Cable to Western news sources such as CNN and BBC. The Hotel has lots of rooms, so it might be worth considering this Hotel for group tours or guys trips away!
The Apex Hotel in Pattaya also has a Swimming Pool. Although the pool is rather basic, and most people would have similar at home, it is still a great way to cool off during a hot day! The staff at the Apex Hotel ensure the area’s of the Hotel are kept in excellent condition, and this includes the pool area. The team at Best Hotel Pattaya also would like to mention how fabulous we found the English for all staff on site, it really was brilliant! The Apex Hotel also has an Information Center, which can be used to just get tips about the local area, or even to book some trips out to the Islands or over to Bangkok.
The staff at the Apex always had a smile on there face and seemed happy to help us in anything we needed! As mentioned prior, they speaking near perfect English which is rare for the smaller end Hotels. Food served by the Restaurant is wonderful and I had a few compliments given to me by the Thai Girls (Like I cooked it) and they advised they would probably return just to try the food again!
The Apex does not charge a Joiner Fee, which is another good reason it could be the boys holiday hide out, or even for the single traveler living on a budget!
