Hotel Tropicana Pattaya, Thailand Review

Hotel Tropicana which is located on Pattaya’s north end is a very spacious and enjoyable resort that sits on around 7 acre’s of land. The resort is with in a very short walking distance of a number of great restaurants, markets and nightlife venue’s although is still a car ride to main center of town for nightlife which is known as Walking St. The Tropicana Hotel hotel offers 3 different type’s of rooms for guest’s to stay in, these can vary in price depending on where they are located and the type of view you get from the room.

The room options at Hotel Tropicana would be the the Standard room which is a very small 24 sq.meter. This is very much the budget room and will sit across the north end of the hotel. It is not very close to any of the amenities and is not very popular, we would recommend getting 2 rooms if you need to stay here just so you have somewhere to move if you need to. The Tropicana in Pattaya also has about 100 superior rooms which are a little larger at around 35 sq.meter in size. The room is very comfortable and furnished nicely, you get a mini-bar, fridge and great television that has a direct connection to cable tv so you can be sure to watch you best shows from home while you are staying in this resort.

The Tropicana also has a few excellent Junior Suite’s which are a little over 60 sq.meter in size, these rooms are fantastic if you are hoping to bring a little company over to enjoy the pool or if you just prefer more room to move. The rooms are still excellent value and generally get the best views and are closest to all the main amenities that guests will call on.

The Tropicana also has a excellent restaurant called the South Sea Coffee Shop, serving excellent Thai and Western Food, it will be a prime choice to eat at if you decide to stay on at this hotel.
